“We informed Judge Pastor that the Jackson family is not seeking restitution and asked that the matter be taken off the calendar” and there are no further hearings scheduled on the matter, Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Jane Robison told E! News Wednesday.

Murray will receive four years in prison and removal of his medical license for California. He can practice still in other states, but prosecutors believe the other states will reject him too. It made sense for the Jackson family to drop the charge since the stripped him of all of his lively hood and his right to make any money after he gets out of prison. So how would you get 100 million of what most likely will be a man that will be homeless on the streets after Michael Jackson’s death.

I still believe that Murray is only at partial fault. Jackson family is denial of believing that Michael is at fault for any of this. I guess the only way for Michael to take any blame would of been for him to take the stuff himself, which he would of.

Murray’s baby’s momma wrote to the judge:
“I would like to address my personal relationship with Dr. Murray. He is the father of my two year old son. I would like you to know how monumental he has been in my son’s life. He is absolutely an outstanding father who cares for all of his children,” Alvarez states. “Even throughout the duration of the trial he has been an active participant in caring for our son…This was a very unfortunate tragedy. A human situation can happen to anyone. And in one moment your life is in the hands of others, all that one has worked for is gone.

In my opinion, Conrad Murray has already suffered. He’s already lost. More importantly he has lost a dear friend/patient, he has lost his freedom, his home, and his livelihood. He has been the subject of worldwide public scrutiny. I am no one to tell you what you should deem necessary as Conrad Murray stands before you on November 29, 2011. But what I can say is that Conrad is a non-violent, harmless individual that overflows with love, compassion and respect for all. Please truly consider all these factors.”

On top of the sentencing Murray will be instructed to pay the Jackson kid’s roughly 100 million dollars. How will he ever have that kind of money especially after his license is taken away?

I will say it is a shame that Michael Jackson died. Yes, Murray does have fault in this. The thing is so does Michael Jackson. Jackson should not of been taking drugs illegally. The fault needs to lay on both parties and it is just unjust that Murray gets all of it. I was a fan of Jackson’s, but should another man pretty much be killed because of it. If Murray is sentenced he one, will either be killed in prison or two kill himself I feel. I just hope the judge realizes that.

Christopher Chaney is a 35 year old man from Jacksonville, FL. He is being charged with hacking into celebrity accounts and is now released on a $10k bond. He is being charged with 26 counts of identity theft, unauthorized access to protected computer and wiretapping. He may get up to 121 years of prison, while rapists and even some murderers don’t get that much.

During his release he is not allowed to touch a computer (which I don’t see happening), no possession of a firearm, no use of controlled substances or excessive use of alcohol. He has to live with some one and is not allowed leaving his area of Florida.

Chaney not only hacked celebrities, he has hacked into Google, Apple, and Yahoo email accounts.

If Chaney feels he is going to be guilty and serve the rest of his life in prison, I hope he just goes out with blaze of glory. Supposedly he has a shitload of celebrity nude photos that he hacked into. It would be funny if one click and boom he releases them all. One big celebrity titty bomb!

It sounds to me that Piers Morgan feels she should be guilty along with Wayans possibly. I personally would not be surprised that she is guilty, even though the evidence was tainted.

I will say this though, Knox’s payday is going to be huge. They will pay her millions for her story, interviews, and movies. I would definitely go to jail for four years for millions of dollars. Three meals a day, cable tv, work out plan, and then tons of money waiting for me.

Over the weekend the crazy baby killer, Casey Anthony, was released. Anthony has to be extra careful as majority of the people still believe she is guilty, but was not proven guilty. In my own opinion, the court was fair, and I believe the jury did the right job with what they were given.

Now for all you crazies out there who are on a manhunt for her, like this most recent woman who beat this girl down who just looked like Anthony, you are no better then she is. People have just gotten too involved in this matter. I think it is wrong that people like Jerry Springer want to give her a million dollars for her story, and a criminal should not be rewarded.

Well this is quite strange, but it is true. Supposedly Shaq was possibly involved in a gangsta style beat down of some man who stole a sex tape of Shaq screwing several other ladies besides his wife. A former gang member stated he was kidnapped and then robbed of the sex tape that he robbed from Shaq in the first place. The man was also trying to black mail Shaq, so I hope he realizes he will be going to jail too if the rest of these gang members go to jail since he is confessing all of this. Shaq has not been charged with anything like the other gang members have.

TMZ reported:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Ladell Rowles — a member of the Main Street Mafia Crip Gang in L.A. who is friends with Shaq — along with 6 other members went on a search and destroy mission in L.A. on February 11, 2008. They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and they tried getting it back with the help of a gun or two.

According to the police report, the 7 gang members met up with Ross at a convenience store — Pink Dot — on the Sunset Strip. The men allegedly surrounded Ross’ Rolls Royce Phantom with guns drawn, jumped into Ross’ car and ordered him to drive to Rowles’ house in South Central L.A.

Once there, Rowles allegedly pistol whipped Ross and demanded that he turn over the sex tape. Ross said he would get the tape and bring it back to them. The 7 men then allegedly took Ross’ Rolex, diamond chain and earrings, along with $15,000 in cash — then let Ross go.

The 7 men have been arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes. They are currently in the middle of a preliminary hearing and being held in jail.

We’ve learned LAPD detectives interviewed Shaq to determine what, if any, involvement he had in the alleged crimes. When the case file went to the D.A. Shaq was not listed as a suspect.

Now here’s the interesting backstory.

Ross has a history with Shaq. Shaq and his business manager, Mark Stevens, have a record label and allegedly told Ross they would give him a 50% cut in any artists he brought to them. Ross claims he delivered Ray J to Shaq but got cut out of the deal.

Ross told cops after his falling out, he threatened Shaq by telling him about the sex tape, threatening to release it unless Shaq paid up.

As for the tape, Ross claims Shaq brought women to Ross’ home and had sex with them while he was married to Shaunie. Ross told Shaq a “security camera” captured the action and it was all on tape. But Ross told cops the security camera recycles periodically and the video no longer exists.

And there’s another twist. Around the time Shaq and Ross had their falling out, Shaunie separated from Shaq and Ross claims he began having an affair with her. Ross claims Shaq hired a private investigator to tail Shaunie and the P.I. caught the two together.

The sex tape was taken when he was married to his ex-wife. The couple divorced in 2009 after she did find out that Shaq was having several affairs, but don’t feel bad for her, she was too.

The Enquirer has exclusively obtained the official police report… and spoke to a key witness to get the chilling details of the violent encounter.

It began when Bobbi and three male friends were in a Honda pulling out of a subdivision. They were spotted by Bobbi’s ex boyfriend Max Lomas, who was in another car with Nicholas Gordon, the adopted son of Whitney Houston.

The Honda came to a stop at a red light, and the front-seat passenger Justin Walls claimed that Lomas approached the vehicle “and tried to punch him in the face while they were waiting on the traffic light to turn green,” according to the police report.

Soon both cars pulled into a local Chevron station – and all hell broke loose. Walls charges that Lomas rushed him and hit him in the face several times.

According to the police report, Walls “was bleeding from the mouth and appeared to have a chipped tooth.” A pal tried to help him “and was struck several times by Lomas.”

Gordon told officers he waved a gun in the air, attempting to stop the fight, and also pointed it at another boy’s legs. Police located a Glock 19 handgun in the glove compartment of his vehicle and also found ammunition.

The police were called to the scene [at about 4:00 am on April 1] by the gas station’s terrified night manager Touray Bassiru, who spotted Gordon with the gym. The first officer to arriver at the Chevron station, which is less than a mile from Whitney’s home, ordered Bobbi and five others to lie on the ground while backup arrived…

Officers smelled alcohol on Bobbi and she agreed to take a Breathalyzer. The test showed she was extremely drunk, with a .215 blood alcohol level – almost two and a half times the legal limit for driving. [Ed note: she was not accused of driving]. And since the drinking age is 21, 18 year-old Bobbi was cited as a minor in possession of alcohol.

She will appear May 24 at… court alongside her brother, 22 year-old Nicholas, and her ex-boyfriend Max, 21, who faces battery charges.

While Bobbi could do six months, her bother, Nicholas, if convicted of weapons charges, could serve up to one year.

Whitney’s kids are just little angels are they not? It seems that the kids were not spanked enough and are hanging out with gangstas. I am sure they get that from their father’s side. It seems the two have earned no talent from either of their parents and just throwing away their lives.

The lady Ward was with called in a stolen car report earlier in that day, but then dropped it after the valet found her car. The problem was is that she did not report receiving her car back to the police.

Ward took to twitter and posted, “I want everyone to know that this was a complete misunderstanding. The police were just doing their job. Apologies were made and it’s now in the past. Moving forward.”

Well it is good to know that Ward was not arrested. Ward is a pretty outstanding man and football player. I am sure he would not do anything to jeopardize him playing football.

The store that Lohan supposedly stole the necklace from sold the video tape to the tabloids for money. They are now currently looking to sell a book or movie deal. The defense will have a hay day with them when they testify. The prosecutors are now having the police testify for the jewelry store instead.

As soon as Lohan found out that their were reports of her stealing the necklace she got one of her friends to turn it in for her. If Lohan decides to take the plea deal she is told she will server a solid three months in jail, no shorten sentence.
