The craziness has just been left out of the can again. Lindsay Lohan has already signed her release forms for her rehab. Lohan was only there for 23 days out of her 90 day sentence. So what does this teach us everyone, if you do drugs and your famous you are above the law. Findings stated from UCLA’s doctors that Lindsay was not addicted to anything. It makes me wonder then why she acts the way she does and why she look like a skinny crack whore? Anyways, I give it a week before we see some crap

go down. I just hope I am proven wrong and Lindsay will start thinking about her career more then a fat crack rock.

Lindsay Lohan’s UCLA medical bill was a whopping $40,000 a week … sources familiar with her treatment tell TMZ

Before continuing … we’ll answer what we know you’re asking. We’re told Lindsay’s insurance (SAG) does not cover treatment at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital.

Sources at UCLA tell us the base rate for treatment at the Hospital is $17,850 a week, which does not include the cost of doctors, testing, medication, or therapists. All tolled, Lindsay’s bill came to $40,000 a week.

Here’s what’s crazy … Judge Marsha Revel ordered 13 weeks of treatment, which would have brought the bill to $520,000. According to the docs, Judge Revel overreacted and Lindsay was released after only 23 days — almost 3 1/2 weeks. That reduces the cost to a very reasonable $130,400.

So she is stuck with a six-figure bill, which I am sure she is going to try to get back with her stupid lawsuit against the courts or doctors for misdiagnosing her. If she balances her money right she has a lot of offers thrown out at her. She has Machete coming out here soon, the Linda Lovelace film, her million dollar interview, and also DWTS offered her a role that she probably will not take.

Over the weekend we found out that Lindsay Lohan was misdiagnosed for ADHD and has been taking medication for it. She has not figured this could be a way out of her drug addict behavior and is blaming it all on that misdiagnosis. They are trying this week to make sure Lindsay can get out of rehab early because doctors have found that she does not have an addiction or a addict’s personality.

Doctors do not see the reason why Lindsay is on Adderall. Now Lohan wants a formal apology from the US Government and wants compensation. She will really have to prove that this misdiagnosis is the fault of how she acts. Also, in my opinion sue the doctor, not the government.

Fox News reported:

According to Lindsay Lohan’s latest medical report from UCLA, the actress was not addicted to cocaine as once suspected. Instead, it is believed she was misdiagnosed as having Attention Deficit Disorder and given the prescription drug Adderall, which may be to blame for triggering her often bizarre behavior.

Now Lohan apparently wants some form of apology or compensation from the courts.

“Lindsay is fuming – she is really upset that the courts put her through all this,” a source close to the 24-year-old told Pop Tarts, referring to Lohan’s incarceration for violating terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI, and subsequent court-ordered rehab.

The insider said Lohan’s camp was “exploring its options.” But just in case you’re thinking about it, Linds, legal action against the courts is probably out of the question.

“No judge or prosecutor could be sued under these circumstances, they have absolute immunity,” explained Santa Monica-based Criminal Defense Attorney, Steve Cron. “Judge Revel formulated her opinion of Lindsay based on the information she had at the time from another program. The judge could still be dissatisfied with the report from UCLA and seek independent opinions or insist Lindsay be enrolled in other programs.”

Lohan has admitted to trying cocaine in previous interviews, and cocaine was found on her person when she was arrested for a DUI in 2007. Pop Tarts is told that the “Mean Girls” star is more concerned with her public image, and believes the courts should issue an apology. But now that Revel voluntarily removed herself from the case, after lawyers complained that she had contacted “participants and experts” involved without notifying the lawyers in advance, it seems Lohan has a better chance of making a smooth transition back into her normal life.

“It’s a good thing for Lindsay, the new judge won’t have any stake in going above and beyond in trying to prove that what they said originally was right,” added Cron.

So given that she now may be considered “insurable” to work on films thanks to her rehab’s medical conclusions, we’re told Lohan has been entertaining a string of movie offers since regaining access to her BlackBerry last week and is “excited” to get back to work and life. However, it remains unclear when she will be released from the facility.

In my opinion she probably did not have ADHD, but got the Adderall to increase the high of drinking. I mean the girl partied all the time, top that off with some medication and she is good. I mean out of the three other times she has been in rehab why have doctors not picked up on her Adderall problems before? There should be no apology, apologize to all the people for your terrible movies. Why should people apologize when it was her that done this to herself by going out all the time and driving drunk into people.

Being arrested and going to jail and rehab maybe the best thing that has ever happened to Lindsay Lohan. Will it work for her to become a better person? Well probably not, I give her a couple of weeks till she is back into her coke and alcohol. In the meantime all this publicity has done her well and she is very desired right now in Hollywood.

She will be getting 500K for just her interview after her short-term stint in jail and rehab. Both of her sentences there were shorten, which is only given to celebrities, and not common people. She has done tons of photoshoots for magazines before she was locked up, and most of them are coming out now which then enables her a fat paycheck.

In Touch states:

“Lindsay has been offered multi million-dollar deals for when she gets out,” a business associate of the starlet tells In Touch. “Directors are now looking to her as a possible comeback and she is getting so many offers compared to before she was sent to jail – movies, TV shows, shoots, magazine and TV interviews…

“Lindsay is so confident that she is going to profit after this that she was looking at homes to buy before she was sent to jail… She was hurting for money, but now she sees this situation as an opportunity. She hopes to make as much money as possible and is considering every offer she gets.”

Lohan is also writing a “prison diary” about her tough times behind the bars. The isolation and the special privileges she gets. Shove that book up her ass and send her into a real prison where the inmates use brooms sticks as dildos. That will give her something to write about. It may make the book a “Best Seller.” I doubt Oprah will support it, but jail time lesbian acts I would enjoy. Actually the book is about Lindsay Lohan not able to squeeze one out without prison guards around her listening to her farts when she poops.

I mean how much can you really suffer from 13 days of isolation in prison? I mean 13 days for two DUI’s while having passengers in her car, also get caught with coke the one time. 13 days, that is it. So what does that teach her? All this jail time and short term rehab will teach her, if you are down in life drink more and snort more coke. You go to jail and get rewarded with millions of dollars in ads, and movies.

Well Eric Roberts has joined Celebrity Rehab to kick his medicinal marijuana habit. Ask Bob Saget about marijuana addictions. Do you think Eric Roberts has sucked one off for some medicinal marijuana, I dont’ think so.

Eric Roberts checked into ‘Celebrity Rehab’ last week. His wife, Eliza, told E! that he would be treated for his addiction to medical marijuana.

“Eric quit drugs and alcohol in 1995,” Eliza said. “He has no interest in anything, other than marijuana.”

Eric, who is Julia Roberts’ brother and Emma’s dad, reportedly has a prescription for marijuana to treat his anxiety but wants to kick his dependency on it.

“Tweating By Remote to answer y I’m doing CELEBRITY REHAB . It’s not 2 get people 2 stop asking y I’m doing Y&R as some have proposed. LOL,” he tweeted Tuesday.

Eric made his debut on ‘The Young and the Restless’ a couple of weeks ago. His next project: moving out of the weed garden and in with troubled roommate Jeremy London.

Here is a video about Lindsay Lohan talking about how the most recent pictures that TMZ has acquired were all set up. She believes she was set up by some one. During the photo some one automatically put three lines of coke on the table. She claims two fans asked her to sit down and take a photo with them and did not notice the cocaine on the table. She said the couple were doing it and she had nothing to do with it. Funny is if the couple was doing it why is there three lines set up not just two?

Lindsay also claims that she did not party while she was in Cannes, that she was working. So, working includes getting smashed and falling on your face and banging up your knees while drunk? I wish I had that job.

Charlie Sheen is in rehab once again. This time it is believed he entered just as a precautionary reason. Charlie has been out partying with his wife and drinking like a fish, just like her. The couple is a match made in heaven. Unfortunately, they have little ones they need to care for and can not act like they are college kids anymore. Sheen was said to of allegedly attack his wife, Brooke Mueller, on Christmas Day. No one really knows the truth since she was also cracked out and drunk. Mueller has been crossing the continent for rehabs. People Magazine had to say:

“As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility,” his rep says in a statement. “He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men.”

Sheen, 44, is also facing domestic violence charges stemming from a Christmas Day fight with wife Brooke Mueller, who herself went into rehab earlier this month, then switched centers amid complaints that her privacy was breached.

It was not immediately known who was caring for the couple’s twin boys.

The statement did not elaborate on the reason for Sheen’s treatment. The actor has reportedly gone to rehab programs at least twice before for drug and alcohol abuse, but a source says that this time the problem relates to the fallout from the domestic violence case.

“Charlie is stressed. He’s tired. The kids are on his mind. Brooke’s on his mind,” the source tells PEOPLE. “A lot of things are on his mind. He didn’t want to get a place where he had the urge to get high. He’s not using and he doesn’t want to. He felt like he needed to get away from negative influences around him and clear his head, rest and take a short break.”

No one was telling Charlie to go to rehab, but perhaps that his PR rep told him to go because it may help him look better. Charlie Sheen has always been a favorite actor of mine, give the guy credit he is always the party animal in every film he is in. Maybe he could use the excuse of being a method actor, and has to stay in character.

We now know Charlie Sheen is with the right woman. Brooke Mueller is now checking herself back into rehab for substance abuse. Maybe Charlie is the sane one in this relationship? TMZ reported that Brooke shipped off to The Canyon in Malibu. Mueller recently attended a rehab here in North Carolina, which was said to be for her to get better from her pneumonia. Who goes to rehab to get over pneumonia?

Brooke knew she was going into rehab, so therefore made sure she pounded a bunch of bottles down like the local drunk drowning their problems away. What problems does Brooke have? She seems to have a good sugar daddy, a mother that cares, so why drink all those problems. Maybe she is just a hudlum, her mom should bend her over and give her a good spanking. Slap her to sobriety.

It makes you wonder if Charlie really did beat on Brooke, or if she was just tripping. It sounds like they were both drunk, and I would not be surprised if she started a lot of it. Then Charlie probably ended it badly.

The TMZ famous Queen on the Scene has now been arrested. The street bum is well-known for protecting celebrities from paparazzi and people shooting images of celebrities on the street. In return, she expects money from the celebs. What a great business, I’ll tell the paparazzi to screw off for you so you don’t get bad publicity, in exchange for some money. Anyways, the Queen was coming to the aid of LeAnn Rimes and trying to help her cover her face from paparazzi. In return she gets arrested by the police for soliciting. Of course, I understand a creepy homeless person coming up to me and putting their hands on me would make me mad and scared too.

All and all Queen i’m sure meant no harm. I don’t know what kind of fine the police are going to give her, not like she can pay it. If she is in jail, well at least she would be treated better there then on the streets. Three meals a day, workout plan, and all the TMZ she can watch.

I cannot believe the rest of the band of Aerosmith. Steven Tyler recently entered rehab and is trying to fix himself up. He wants to take a 2 year break and the rest of his band does not. So the rest of Aerosmith has been shopping around for a new lead singer. Lenny Kravitz and Paul Rodgers were both approached to head Aerosmith. After hearing this news, Tyler decided to contact his new manager to send of paper work threatening to sue the rest of Aerosmith if they decided to go through with getting a replacement for him. In a recent Rolling Stone article, it had this to say about the situation:

He’s the guy the public knows. He’s the singer.”

As Rolling Stone previously reported, prior to entering rehab for an addiction to prescription pain medicine, Tyler vowed to stay in Aerosmith, saying in a statement, “I wish to set the record straight and say that I have read reports of a rumored two-year hiatus and want to be clear that this is completely false and I will enthusiastically be writing, recording and performing with Aerosmith as soon as things are handled.” Miller’s letter reiterated Tyler’s sentiment, noting, “Steven Tyler does not want lawsuits. We do not want to go in that direction. The direction we want is Aerosmith, with Steven Tyler, touring in Europe, touring Latin America, releasing a new album… This is the direction it’s all intended to go,” Billboard reports.

Tyler has made a few unexpected public appearances while in rehab, first singing at a local pub’s karaoke night and then surprising Home Depot shoppers with an impromptu performance over the hardware store’s loudspeaker system. His bandmates, meanwhile, are rumored to have asked vocalists like Billy Idol, Lenny Kravitz (who declined) and Paul Rodgers to fill in for Tyler on the road while the frontman works on “Brand Tyler.”

Miller has asked for a February 9th meeting to discuss the future of Aerosmith with all five members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band and asserted that their public singer search constitutes “acts and conduct to the harm and detriment of your own client, Aerosmith, and our client who is one of its members.”

What is Aerosmith thinking. It is not Aerosmith without Steven Tyler. Let the man get better, than continue on if you want. The band is very old as it is, and has had many hits and tons of time to collect money. I’m sure they could retire if the band even fell apart. I would not want to be the person replacing Tyler, it’s a disgrace. It’s like Journey who got the guy to replace Steven Perry, Journey is not the same. I know I wouldn’t pay money to see a replacement singer singing for Aerosmith.

Now that Rip Torn has posted a 100,000 dollar bail, he will be entering into a drug and alcohol rehab. Torn broke into a Connecticut bank this past Friday while completely drunk and holding a loaded gun. Torn was not technically trying to break into the bank, he was so drunk he thought the bank was his home. He had a loaded gun, and had his shoes and his pants outside the door way of the bank. When the police came Torn was screaming at them for taking him away from his house. The police stated that Torn blew a womping .203 on the breathalyzer test. That is completely awesome, and shows that he can still drink with the best of them.

Now you are wondering how could some one mistake a bank for their house. Well, the bank is a house. Here is an image of the Litchfield Bank that Torn believed to be his home. I can totally understand mistaking this for his home. I’ve mistaken places I have been to also, what room am I in? I have thought several times I was in my college dorm room, but instead in a friends down the hall. I thought the study lounge at one time was my bedroom too.
