I am never on twitter at the right time. People always putting nude photos of themselves or something crazy on twitter but always miss it. Anyways Perez Hilton decided yesterday to post a picture of Miley Cyrus getting out of the car in skin colored panties. People jumped to the conclusion that Miley was not wearing panties and that Perez is a child pornographer.

CBS stated:

Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of Miley Cyrus’ private parts to his Twitter account.

Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.

For his two million plus followers to see, the celebrity blogger posted the picture with the following introduction, “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”

But it’s the celebrity blogger that might need a warning. Cyrus is underage. Police might consider her naked image child pornography.

Recently, Cryus has been facing a barrage of criticism for being too sexy due to skimpy concert outfits and her edgy single, “Can’t Be Tamed”

It is unclear if Hilton will face any legal trouble, but he might be setting himself up for yet another celebrity feud.

I have not seen the photos as they were all taken down before the chance of seeing it. I don’t think Perez is that stupid, but I could be wrong. Here is Perez’s defense to what he posted yesterday.

Wow, Pamela Anderson after all these years is still trying to wear nothing. When you first glance at this picture your eyes go right to those bongos. We now know Charlie Sheen is with the right woman. Brooke Mueller is now checking herself back into rehab for substance abuse. Maybe Charlie is the sane one in this relationship? TMZ reported that Brooke shipped off to The Canyon in Malibu. Mueller recently attended a rehab here in North Carolina, which was said to be for her to get better from her pneumonia. Who goes to rehab to get over pneumonia?

Brooke knew she was going into rehab, so therefore made sure she pounded a bunch of bottles down like the local drunk drowning their problems away. What problems does Brooke have? She seems to have a good sugar daddy, a mother that cares, so why drink all those problems. Maybe she is just a hudlum, her mom should bend her over and give her a good spanking. Slap her to sobriety.

It makes you wonder if Charlie really did beat on Brooke, or if she was just tripping. It sounds like they were both drunk, and I would not be surprised if she started a lot of it. Then Charlie probably ended it badly.

This past Friday, Rip Torn, was arrested in Connecticut with attempted bank robbery. Torn was charged with carrying a gun without a permit, carrying a gun while intoxicated, first-degree burglary,first-degree trespassing, and third-degree criminal mischief. The bank he tried to rob was Lancorp Bank in Salisbury, Conn.

Torn was on a $100,000 bail. He is most known for his role as Artie on the “The Larry Sanders Show”. He has recently appeared in 30 Rock, and the film August. Torn has had a troubled past with alcohol, with several DUI’s.

Luckily, the bank was closed when Torn tried to rob it. I know I would be scared if Rip Torn came in with a loaded revolver all drunk. I mean look at the man, looks like he could be the perfect drunk homeless person desperate for anything. He has had money, so I think he was just drunk out of his mind and had no clue what he was doing. How is the star going to get out of this one? Will he be seeing jail time? Possibly could plead insanity, or say that he thought he was in a movie..lol.
