The second Hunger Games trailer was released. I have been excited and waiting for this film to come out, and now to find out I will be deployed while it will be coming out. Yes I can watch the film where I will be going, but it will not be the same as it would be watching it with my girlfriend who also wants to see it.

I will say the second trailer just wants me to see it even more.

A crazy over the top film about young high school boys striving to be popular by throwing a party that is out of this world is what Project X is all about. The people who brought you Hangover are trying out the documentary style film making that has been successful for films like Blair Witch and Paranormal Activity. The film itself has no big name actors in it, but it doesn’t mean it is low budget.

After viewing the trailer it seems like it may have some funny parts, but just seems way too much. It shows people setting a whole block on fire on purpose for a party, I don’t think so.

A comedy based off a close circle of friends with kids. The last single couple see the weirdness of their friends, and are now thinking about having kids. It reunites a lot of the couples and group from the film “Bridesmaids.”

So I have had this idea for this film for many years, and now all the sudden it seems to be coming to life. I really need to find a way to get my ideas out. Although my film would of been a lot better then this one, I am still anxious to see it.

Chronicles is a film made by 20th Century Fox with a bunch of no names. It is about three high school students who find out they have super powers. They try to control their abilities and use them to their advantage.

I always thought this would be cool. What makes this different from other super hero films is it really shows what people would probably do if they had powers and that is what I have always wanted to see. The crazy thing is I have told so many people that I wanted to do exactly what the kid does to the car at the end by throwing it off the road.

I logged onto Facebook this morning and low and behold I saw tons of people posting the new Hobbit trailer. The excitement hit me as I searched to watch it. The film doesn’t hit theaters for another year, that is right, December 14, 2012. So be prepared to wait after receiving this little tease.

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey stars Cate Blanchett, Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood, Saoirse Ronan, Martin Freeman, David Tennant, Christopher Lee, and Ian McKellen.

After a 3D flop hit the theatres, it seems that the Titans are giving it another try. Clash of the Titans used faked 3D in their first film, I am unsure yet if they are filming in real 3D in this film or not. Anyways, Clash of the Titans 2 or as they call it, Wrath of the Titans will be released March 30, 2012.

I went to see the first one in theaters as I am a big fan of Greek Mythology films. I enjoyed the original Clash of the Titans as a kid, and when I rewatched it as an adult I couldn’t believe how cheesy it all was. Thank god for modern effects. Anyways, after viewing the trailer for Wrath of the Titans I will say it looks a lot better than Clash of the Titans.

Persuas(Sam Worthington) embarks on a treacherous quest into the underworld to rescue Zeus (Liam Neeson) who has been targeted for capture by his traitorous son, Ares(Edgar Ramirez), and his brother, Hades(Ralph Fiennes).

The cast is joined with Rosamund Pike and Bill Nighy.

The new Batman trailer has arrived and it stars my favorite team, The Steelers. In the trailer we see Anne Hathaway talking against Bruce Banner stating it has been too long that the rich get their way, so and so. Maybe an occupy wall street twist in it. Then you see Bane (Tom Hardy) doing all types of destruction.

Batman was filmed in Pittsburgh among other cities. I had the awesome chance of seeing tons of my friends from there post pictures of facebook. One even posted pictures of the explosion scene at Heinz Field. They show it in the trailer and it looks amazing. Hines Ward catches the ball and the rest of the team are dead behind him after he scores a touchdown. It is absolutely craziness! I can’t wait for the last Batman film to come out.

Fairy tales seem to becoming to the big screen and small screen a lot lately. We have Once Upon a Time and Grimm tearing up the small screen, and both I have enjoyed very much. Then we have two different versions of Snow White coming soon. Now we are introducing to you for the first time, Jack the Giant Killer.

Bryan Singer (X-men) and Nicholas Hoult(X-men: First Class) are bringing the Giant Killer to you. The story begins as the boy is told not to get the beans wet. As he does not believe the what he is told, Jack carelessly gets the beans wet and the Princess is stuck in the house that is lifted into the sky to the giant kingdom.

Jack and others must go to the Princess’s rescue. As it seems Jack brings the giant back down to his world and it raises hell on the kingdom. Leave it up to him to bring these giants down.

The cast also includes: Stanley Tucci, Ian McShane, and Ewan McGregor.

Nicolas Cage and his Ghost Rider character are being given another chance with fans. One of the more darker characters and one of my favorite Marvel characters comes back full force. Ghost Rider is given a chance to lift his curse and to save a boy that may be the anti-christ.

After viewing the trailer I have mixed feelings. It still doesn’t look good. Is it the writers? Is it Nicolas Cage? I just don’t know. It is unfortunate because Ghost Rider is a kick ass Marvel character.

Last night ended up being a big revealing of trailers for upcoming movies.

Men in Black 3

First up is the Men in Black 3 trailer. MIB3 has the cast coming back. This time though no on at the MIB headquarters has heard of “K” Some how “K” has been dead for 40 years and never recruited Will Smith’s character. Smith will have to travel back in time to figure out what has happened.

GI Joe: Retaliation

In the new GI Joe film, Duke(Channing Tatum) is joined by The Rock:Dwayne Johnson and hottie Adrianne Palicki(Lady Jaye). The Joe’s seem to be all captured but only a few our left around. Who is going to help them? None other then Bruce Willis(Joe Colton). The film comes out June 29, 2012.
