So some guy has just gone ape shit on the Discovery Channel HQ. If you have been watching the news lately you have seen that there is a hostage situation going on in the Maryland based building. It is reported that he is carrying a gun and possible explosives strapped to him. Most of the people were able to escape, but unfortunately he does have a few hostages. The Asian man is known as James Jay Lee.

Lee is this crazy environmentalist who has protested the Discovery Channel for years. I do too man, it is boring as shit. I just turn off the tv, does not mean I go and try to blow shit up. Supposedly Lee was arrested two years ago for a protest at the building. He has the craziest demands too.

He states that Discovery Channel does not really care about the planet. Lee wrote on his blog, “All programs on Discovery Health-TLC must stop encouraging the birth of any more parasitic human infants and the false heroics behind those actions. In those programs’ places, programs encouraging human sterilization and infertility must be pushed. All former pro-birth programs must now push in the direction of stopping human birth, not encouraging it.”

What a lunatic. I mean come on man, could you not think of anything better? Tell Discovery that you want to see more monkeys give the reach around in sex videos. Or maybe see the monkey fart in his hand and fall out of the tree. I mean come up with something better then some stupid bullshit of a reason to go blow a building up. I hope they get this guy and throw him in a damn pit with a bunch of horny badgers on lsd.

Just like most people, I get my news from Late Night shows like Jon Stewart and others. Anyways, Stewart continued on his coverage of the Ground Zero Mosgue debate. He decided to make fun of the Fox News casters as they said they were going to “follow the money” from mosgue builder Imam Rauf to terrorists. Unfortunately, the money leads right back to Fox News.

They kept on stating that there was a nameless man who has ties with Imam Rauf, and it turns out it is Saudi prince Al-Waleed bin Talal, who is one of the largest shareholders of Rupert Murdoch’s News Corps.

Stewart then laughed as he showed a clip of the prince and Murdoch shaking hands. He stated that the Fox News casters ousted their largest investor. So according to Fox News we must stop watching Fox to cut off ties to terrorists.

In the end, I think people should be allowed to build places of worship. Especially when it is not at Ground Zero, it is blocks away. You have to up hold the constitution. Every military man and government official all swear in to uphold the constitution. If a government official states he does not believe in the constitution he should be fired from office.

Well, just after the DVD release of the film Furry Vengeance, we get to see the real life thing on television. It turns out in Spain, a Bull, went wild and jumped the barriers and started to attack people. I love events like this that take place. People are like “oh my it is a tragedy,” no it is stupidity. You capture these bulls and you stab them and piss around with them. Eventually a bull is going to get smart enough and be like screw you people I am taking as many of you with me.

The bull was able to injure roughly 40 people, good numbers for one bull. Too bad he was not able to get the bullfighter in the meantime. Any people who participate in some of these cruel events deserve it in my opinion.

Now I do feel bad for the 10 year old boy because he was an innocent bystander whose parents take him to these type of things. The 10 year old is in intensive care after the bull fell on him. Another man, 24 years old, took a horn to the back.

The clothing store, Forever 21, is getting a lot of crap lately now that a video showing how their security staff takes care of things. In Hollywood Blvd. outlet, a undercover security guard tackles a deaf guy and puts him in a choke hold because he could not hear the metal detector go off.

You can see that the deaf guy was in a group of other deaf people and his one friend was trying to fight the security with him trying to show them the receipts of all the items purchased. They were told repeatedly he was deaf and continued to wrestle with him.

The man who recorded this stated this:

Staff must have seen them do something to suspect them of stealing, but that doesn’t have any support or facts. Before I started filming. The Big Black dude in Jeans who mighta been a store detective jumps and tackles the large hispanic deaf guy. from there I remembered my new phone and turned on the camera,

There was who looked to be the manager of XXI that said to turn off the camera because they didn’t want to get exposed for harassing and dealing with a situation that turned sour.

From there, you get to see the turn of events and then in the aftermath, the sorting out of exactly what happen. From what I saw that you guys can’t, the deaf guy in the white shirt was apparently assuring the store with receipts for what he was carrying.

This is a little too much in my opinion. The poor deaf guy probably had no clue why he was being tackled and that is why he kept on fighting. The security guard looks like a normal person with no identification. I know I would be scared crapless and fighting if some one was tackling me. I can see a huge lawsuit off of this one. I mean this guy could easily say he is traumatized. I know I would.

Matt Damon is on one of his crazy charity excursions again. He is out currently helping out trying to get clean water and plumbing to third world countries. He is co-founder of Water.org. Recently he appeared on CNN to show the people in Ethiopia struggling to collect water. Talks about how people including children walk for hours carrying jugs of water. Dysentery and cholera are very high in their water.

One Tree Hill is back and in action filming in Wilmington North Carolina. Some of the big news surrounding One Tree Hill is Sophia Bush’s half-marathon that she is doing to help out victims of the Gulf Coast oil spill. Her and her boyfriend, Austin Nichols said if you help donate $28 you will be entered into a poll to win a One Tree Hill Season 7 DVD, by the whole cast. Naomi Campbell has been tied to this Blood Diamond still crime going on. Here is a tape of her at The Hague at a war crimes tribunal for Charles Taylor. She stated that the Liberian leader once sent her “dirty stones” known as blood diamonds.

She found this to be a big inconvenience for her and did not want to be at this hearing.

So why is Naomi important part of this? Well her testimony shows Taylor, in return for uncut gems, would offer weapons training to neighboring Sierra Leone rebels, who then slaughtered thousands in a 10-year civil war. In 1997 when Campbell was popular, she received diamonds from Taylor at Nelson Mandela’s Children’s Fund. Mia Farrow also attended this event.

She took the stones and just thought of them as a gift, and then later donated them to charity. Farrow will take the stand next week to confirm Campbells association.

Homosexual people and supporters are rejoicing today in California. After an official announcement from the Governator, Prop 8 has been overturned. Yesterday, a federal judge overturned the ruling and stating it was unconstitutional. It took away rights to equal protection and due process.

The judge, Vaughn Walker, stated that they listened to both sides of the argument and were both very passionate. He knows that his decision is controversial and hopes everyone respects it.

Celebrities in Hollywood were tweeting and showing support of the decision all over. Ellen chimed in on twitter and her wife, stated: “I am ecstatic that proposition 8 has been overturned in the state of California. This is an incredibly exciting and historical day and a big step towards equal rights for all.”

Even straight supporters had something to say, Kim Kardashian stated it is the best news she heard in a long time. It was about time California took the right direction.

Well I hope this stands, it still has a long battle. Prejudice people will keep trying to appeal it.

Sophia Bush has been on a conquest in helping the Gulf Coast in it’s most recent tragedy. I will say I have not seen any other celebrity help out as much as she has, or has at least received as much press as she has for the oil disaster.

She is now going to run a half marathon to help raise funds for the oil spill. “I am going to run a half marathon this November,” the 28-year-old actress blogged. “Yup. Me. The asthmatic with a years-old knee injury, who hasn’t run a mile since Junior High. No seriously.”

She stated that she will be working on video blogs so they can meet the team members of her marathon team. She will also list her sponsors. She even encourages you to run with her. “Hundreds, or even thousands of us, running all over the country, maybe all over the world! That would certainly show the powers that be that we will not back down. We will not be quiet. We will make our Little Voices heard!”
