Prince Harry has announced that he will be returning back to Afghanistan. Harry has served in the pointless religious war before. He is now fighting again and risking his life. I think it is great that royalty is doing this for their country. I think every politicians’ kid should serve in the war. It will then make our politicians think twice before starting these non-sense wars.

If you have been paying attention to the news lately, you are sure to have seen all these birds are dying around the world. The US had a large amount of birds found dead on their coast, several in my area a matter of fact. Then Sweden, and few other countries in Northern Europe. Now Italy has reported a few thousand dead birds on their coast.

What is going on people? We are being told it was due to the New Year celebration fireworks going off. Now when did our fireworks have all this air born poison in it to kill birds? I do not remember in my lifetime about a large amount of birds dying during New Year celebrations.

How about the several dead crabs that just washed ashore in the UK? Or the 200,000 fish that just died in the Chesapeake Bay. Who shot fireworks underwater? Reports are saying they are unrelated, but I think we are being lied too.

My theory is that it is the end of the world. The apocalypse is finally here people. You ever see those movies about the seven signs of the apocalypse? I think the days are coming. I am looking for a scientific explanation for these reasons and we have not been given one yet.

Well, just after the DVD release of the film Furry Vengeance, we get to see the real life thing on television. It turns out in Spain, a Bull, went wild and jumped the barriers and started to attack people. I love events like this that take place. People are like “oh my it is a tragedy,” no it is stupidity. You capture these bulls and you stab them and piss around with them. Eventually a bull is going to get smart enough and be like screw you people I am taking as many of you with me.

The bull was able to injure roughly 40 people, good numbers for one bull. Too bad he was not able to get the bullfighter in the meantime. Any people who participate in some of these cruel events deserve it in my opinion.

Now I do feel bad for the 10 year old boy because he was an innocent bystander whose parents take him to these type of things. The 10 year old is in intensive care after the bull fell on him. Another man, 24 years old, took a horn to the back.

Matt Damon is on one of his crazy charity excursions again. He is out currently helping out trying to get clean water and plumbing to third world countries. He is co-founder of Water.org. Recently he appeared on CNN to show the people in Ethiopia struggling to collect water. Talks about how people including children walk for hours carrying jugs of water. Dysentery and cholera are very high in their water.

One Tree Hill is back and in action filming in Wilmington North Carolina. Some of the big news surrounding One Tree Hill is Sophia Bush’s half-marathon that she is doing to help out victims of the Gulf Coast oil spill. Her and her boyfriend, Austin Nichols said if you help donate $28 you will be entered into a poll to win a One Tree Hill Season 7 DVD, by the whole cast. Now if you donate $50 you will be given an 8×10 signed photo.

Also in the news, Sophia and Austin will be presenting the Breakthrough in Green Innovation award to Global Green.

Naomi Campbell has been tied to this Blood Diamond still crime going on. Here is a tape of her at The Hague at a war crimes tribunal for Charles Taylor. She stated that the Liberian leader once sent her “dirty stones” known as blood diamonds.

She found this to be a big inconvenience for her and did not want to be at this hearing.

So why is Naomi important part of this? Well her testimony shows Taylor, in return for uncut gems, would offer weapons training to neighboring Sierra Leone rebels, who then slaughtered thousands in a 10-year civil war. In 1997 when Campbell was popular, she received diamonds from Taylor at Nelson Mandela’s Children’s Fund. Mia Farrow also attended this event.

She took the stones and just thought of them as a gift, and then later donated them to charity. Farrow will take the stand next week to confirm Campbells association.

Sophia Bush has been on a conquest in helping the Gulf Coast in it’s most recent tragedy. I will say I have not seen any other celebrity help out as much as she has, or has at least received as much press as she has for the oil disaster.

She is now going to run a half marathon to help raise funds for the oil spill. “I am going to run a half marathon this November,” the 28-year-old actress blogged. “Yup. Me. The asthmatic with a years-old knee injury, who hasn’t run a mile since Junior High. No seriously.”

She stated that she will be working on video blogs so they can meet the team members of her marathon team. She will also list her sponsors. She even encourages you to run with her. “Hundreds, or even thousands of us, running all over the country, maybe all over the world! That would certainly show the powers that be that we will not back down. We will not be quiet. We will make our Little Voices heard!”

Keeping track of some of our local stars here in Wilmington, NC. Right now, the beautiful, Sophia Bush and her boyfriend, Austin Nichols have been heavily involved in the Gulf Oil Disaster. One Tree Hill co-stars have been on twitter trying to get people to donate. Bush also released herself on Facebook in efforts to reel people in. They are supporting Global Green mainly.

The two went on a tour at the beaches of Louisiana to see first hand the effects of the oil spill. Twittering about how it is a lot worse then what we all think. Austin Nichols posted these pics on his facebook.

The police told us we could not help with this VERY DANGEROUS clean up process. We needed Haz-Mat training. Do you see any Haz-Mat suits or respirators? Another interesting fact. They put ONE shovel full of sand in each bag and tied it off!!

The two’s twitter pages have been gaining a large amount of followers lately because of the BP oil spill and how they are trying to help. I have not heard of too many celebrities coming to the aid of this disaster, and it is great to see these two who have local ties helping out. After a couple flipped through photos, they found out they had a very unique connection. Alex and Donna Voutsinas was preparing for their wedding by gathering pictures. Donna pulled out a photo of her family at Disney World and Alex spotted what appeared to be his father pushing a baby stroller. Inside the stroller was Alex.

Alex pulled out similar photos from his parents home and compared the clothing and stroller to that of Donna’s family’s photo. The couple lived 1,200 miles apart and in different countries. This is true destiny!
