The Mel Gibson divorce seems to just get messier and messier. Now the crazy women he was married too, Oksana Grigorieva, claims she has evidence of being punched in the face by Mel. She released audio tapes of Mel’s racist rants just last week and now she has pictures of her with a broken tooth and black eye. This supposedly happened in January or February of this year. Mel’s publicist is totally denying any of this. After hear Mel’s crazy rant I don’t know which one of these two to believe. I think they are a match made in heaven actually.

Oksana Grigorieva not only has Mad Mel’s vile and profane rants on tape, but she is also sitting on potentially explosive photos that will show her bloodied and bruised after a confrontation with the Oscar-winner, according to a close confidante. It’s the latest and ugliest development in the couple’s bitter legal battle, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

After we revealed the Braveheart star was caught on tape erupting into a racist tirade at his baby mama — in which he said Oksana looked “like a f– king pig in heat” who could “get raped by a pack of n ***ers” — the photos reputedly substantiate her explosive claim that the actor/director punched her in the face.

Gibson’s lawyer has emphatically denied he was violent toward the Russian singer during an incident that took place at Gibson’s Malibu mansion on January 6.

Grigorieva received two black eyes and had two front teeth knocked out, the source, familiar with the case has told RadarOnline.com.

“You can see Oksana two main front teeth were broken and there are bruises all over her face,” said the pal, who has seen the photos. “They will come out eventually and she is prepared to use them in their court case.”

Gibson, 54, and Grigorieva, 40, have an eight-month-old daughter Lucia. The couple split in April after a relationship that lasted about a year. The emergence of the apparent photographic evidence comes a week after the pair filed dueling restraining orders against each other.

RadarOnline.com first broke the story that the Oscar winner had filed for a restraining order against Grigorieva. Although the case is sealed, which means that documents cannot be released to the public, RadarOnline.com learned Gibson filed a temporary restraining order against Grigorieva, a notice about a forthcoming court hearing and a notice of visitation rights and child custody.

The Russian musician filed a restraining order against her ex-lover first, prohibiting him from coming within 100 yards of her.

“Oksana was scared to death to go to the cops,” said our source. “Any battered woman is… most women never speak out and suffer years.”

Gibson has seven children with former wife Robyn, with whom he split last year after 30 years of marriage. Grigorieva also has a son with former James Bond star Timothy Dalton.

Anyways, we all know the girl is holding these pictures and audio tapes so she gets a fat payday at the end. Now did all of this really happen, I don’t know. Mel has seemed to have really lost it these several years. What you need to do is interview their ex’s. What is Mel’s abuse history with his previous wife? Also, what is Oksana’s craziness with ex, Timothy Dalton? I think it is just going to get worse and the pictures will come out.

A big seperation right here. Al and Tipper Gore have announced that after 40 years of being together the two will be splitting up. The two announced the split through an e-mail to Politico.

Al and Tipper Gore, whose playful romance enlivened Washington and the campaign trail for a quarter century, have decided to separate after 40 years of marriage, the couple told friends Tuesday.

In an “Email from Al and Tipper Gore,” the couple said: “We are announcing today that after a great deal of thought and discussion, we have decided to separate.

“This is very much a mutual and mutually supportive decision that we have made together following a process of long and careful consideration. We ask for respect for our privacy and that of our family, and we do not intend to comment further.”

The e-mail was obtained by POLITICO and confirmed by Kalee Kreider of the office of Al and Tipper Gore. Kreider said there would be no further comment.

Tipper Gore is a professional photographer who in 1996 published “Picture This, A Visual Diary,” which she called “a personal photographic representation of life as wife of the vice president.”

She often took pictures at campaign events and behind the scenes when her husband ran for president in 2000. In recent years, she often accompanied him on speaking and book-signing engagements as he continued his quest for action on “the climate crisis.”

The Gores, who have four children and live in Tennessee, marked their 40th wedding anniversary two weeks ago.

I would not be surprised to see another woman come out of this. I always enjoyed Al Gore and would never think of the two splitting up since they pretty much made out all the time on television. The two always seemed to act like a young couple always in love. I could actually see Tipper reeling in a guy before I would see Al bringing in a girl haha. Maybe it was because Al spent so much time away trying to save the world instead of his marriage? Who knows, we will just have to wait a while to find out. Now we have Jesse Jame’s former step mom backing up her ex- husband by saying that he is not at fault for Jesse’s behavior. Janina James Coan was married to Jame’s dad lived with the family since Jesse was six yeard old and claimed that he was always a bad kid. She said when he was a teenager he killed rats by injecting them with alcohol. She said this was like the experiment that a scientist did on victims at a concentration camp. She also said that James used the “N” word all the time.

“When Jesse was about 14 or 15 years old he started killing baby rats by injecting them with alcohol,” his former step-mother told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “He told me it’s what Dr. Mengele would do.”

Coan was involved with Jesse’s dad from the time that Jesse was six years old. They married when Jesse was in high school and later divorced.

Now this just helps James case out even more if you ask me. If he was a twisted and bad child, then who is to blame? The parents right? James’ sister confirmed about the abuse, and I would believe the siblings over the father. Of course the father will deny the abuse claim. Anyways, there was some type of bad raising or bad upbringing in that home. The father has been divorced a couple of times so it just seems like the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.

This bitchis about crazy. Elin Woods is now asking for more than half of Tiger’s estate. Women everywhere are probably thrilled that she is doing so, but when is it just too much? Elin who has not helped Tiger in any way with his game and how he got his money is asking to receive more than anyone can imagine. Woods is trying to get 750 million dollars along with full custody and will not sign a confidentiality agreement. Which means she wants to make even more money by selling her stories most likely. I would not consider Elin a gold-digger, but this is just now borderline. Yes, Tiger did cheat on her with a large amount of women. She did though sign a pre-nup and will also get large amount of child support for the rest of her life. So she would get 750 million plus he has to pay millions in child support a year too. How is that fair?

It’s a high price for silence. Wronged wife Elin Nordegren is trying to club an eye-popping $750 million out of Tiger Woods in their divorce negotiations, according to reports Friday.

Woods hasn’t agreed yet, but if he does he wants total silence from his soon-to-be ex about the collapse of their marriage – forever, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Nordegren has so far said no to signing a lifetime “confidentiality clause” that would prevent her from writing a book or doing any interviews about the split.

She reportedly also wants full custody of their two kids even though it was first thought the couple were going to agree to joint custody. Sources said the divorce negotiations “have turned extremely testy” and the couple no longer talk to each other.

Nordegren has spent a lot of time away from Woods in recent months. She went to Arizona alone for nearly a week recently and took the kids to Sweden while Woods played golf.

Woods, meanwhile, is hanging out in Florida with a blond woman, who looks a lot like Elin, RadarOnline reported.

I don’t think Elin even deserves half of his assets, but I do see close to half. I would say close to 400 million is what she would deserve out of all this plus she will be getting millions in child support too. It is more than enough for her to sit around and do nothing like she usually does. I started to feel all bad for Elin and felt she was so wronged, but now she maybe the luckiest girl in the world.

This may be the craziest couple out there. Reports are that Charlie Sheen adn Brooke Mueller’s divorce is pretty much imminent and the two reached a financial settlement to their divorce. Now, the couple’s reps are saying that the couple are trying to work their marriage out. Last I heard Charlie moved a prostitute into their home to have fun with while Mueller was gone in rehab. I mean I have heard stories about Mueller and Sheen, and I would not be surprised if Mueller was okay with it.

People Magazine reported:

Though their reps have admitted that Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller are having marital issues, they are still trying to make their relationship work.

“Please let us clarify this: They are not seeking a divorce nor has one been contemplated,” according to a joint statement released Monday by Mueller’s attorney, Yale Galanter, and Sheen’s longtime friend and Two and a Half Men executive producer, Mark Burg.

Furthermore, “there has been no financial agreements between the parties of any sort. Stories to the contrary are false,” says the statement.

“This is a difficult time and they need space to see if they can work things out or not,” Yale tells PEOPLE.

Mueller may have signed a pre-nup with Sheen and may not get much from a settlement if the two do divorce. Also, Sheen is said to be holding out from Two and Half Men to see if he can get 1.5 million an episode instead of his current 1 million. That is a bit of money there.

Well, it is all coming together now. It seems that Elin is enjoying her time away from Tiger in Sweden. She has all the children with her and a divorce is most likely going to happen now that Elin found out about Tiger being with 121 women, including their own neighbor girl. Tiger has been seen consulting with a well-known divorce lawyer.

Tiger Woods may have hired himself one of the most high-profile attorneys in the business when it comes to multi-million dollar sport star divorces, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the New York Daily News, Tiger has met with Jeff Fisher, who represented golfer Greg Norman in his split from wife Laura, and Brooke Gordon in her divorce battle against NASCAR superstar Jeff Gordon.

Fisher is based in West Palm Beach, FL. He enjoys the local media attention that’s come from his many cases involving the super-rich, but that’s something that may put him at odds with the very private Woods.

All the news about Sandra Bullock not wearing her wedding ring out has been buzzing news that she is going to divorce Jesse. That is pretty much what a smart woman would do. I mean she makes more money then him, I don’t think she needs Jesse like Elin needs Tiger. Also there are no children attached besides Jesse’s own. A friend of Sandra’s stated to Fox News that she has a master plan.

Now, a friend of Sandra and her cheating husband Jesse James tells Fox 411.com that the Oscar-winning actress has a “master plan” to end their six-year marriage.

“[The infidelity scandal has] broken her heart, and they will divorce,” the source told Fox411.com. “She is trying to pick her way through the mess and all the stress of knowing his three children will be hurt no matter what happens. The kids are what is holding her back from filing for the divorce immediately. It’s been tough and she wants to find a balance for them – they deserve some stability, even through the divorce.”

“With Jesse in rehab, she is trying to tread lightly. The insider said Bullock has definitely come to grips with the fact that James was not the guy she thought he was.
“Sandra got to be with a side of Jesse that he rarely gave to anyone else and now she’s seeing what everyone else always saw,” the pal said. “They were truly from different worlds and Sandra sees that Jesse lived a double life with her. She’s so level-headed and grounded and that is what is getting her through this.”
