Well hopefully this will teach her a lesson. Lindsay Lohan has good chances of facing jail time now after breaking her probation for her DUI arrest. Judge Marsha Revel last year told Lohan that she must attend alcohol ed classes once every 7 days. The judge said if she did not follow then she will go to jail. The alcohol ed program is required to inform the court if a student does not show within a 21 day period. Lindsay thought she would be smooth and attend every 21th day instead of once every 7 days. She figured the court would never find out.
The school has to turn in a progress report which shows how much she has attended. It will show that she has failed to meet the judges requirements, but not the schools. The judges requirements are the one that counts though. This may be the last straw for Lindsay.
Lohan’s lawyer said that they have not received any negative reports from the school program. Of course you wouldn’t receive any negative reports from the school, she followed the schools rules, but not the judges. Some one needs to fire this lawyer for not keeping up with Lohan’s stupid ways.
Anyways, I hope Lohan does go to jail. Then she will see how low her life has really gotten. She should of taken that million dollar deal and go on Celebrity Rehab and clean herself up. She reminds me of the female version of Brad Renfro.
