The 18 year-old daughter of the famous Laurence Fishburne, maybe facing jail time now that her porno is about to be released. Montana Fishburne insists that her last years arrest was for trespassing, but court documents state otherwise. The documents state that Montana was arrested for prostitution. Witnesses state that Montana was prostituting a year before she was even arrested and the man in the video is her pimp, not her boyfriend.

Here is why she maybe facing jail time. She was put on probation for two years stating that she would not have sex for money. Now that she is making a porno, she is considered making money off of sex. Now, I believe she maybe able to argue this. A porn actress is a legit legal career, as prostitution is not in most states. She could argue that she is an actress and not a prostitute in her defense.

Witnesses also stated that Montana started hooking due to that her father cut her off from all money. My oh my, your dad wanted to give you a normal life? Jeez, maybe you could get a normal job like many other people, or even better yet. GO TO SCHOOL!!!
