I believe in the message that PETA is trying to spread, but how the spread it and how petty they are is childish. Recently Dodge had a sale ad that Michael C. Hall lent his voice too. In the ad it has a bunch of different Dodge cars driving around and pretty much talks about the prices and how incredible and amazing they are. At the end of the commercial there is a chimp that walks out in a Daredevil suit and pushes a button and shoots out confetti. Well PETA just found this to be absolutely cruel to the monkey. How terrible is it that you dress this poor monkey up. Well PETA if you think it is terrible that a monkey makes money and dresses up to make that money then you need to go after all of these celebrity pets too. Go after Paris Hilton and all these crazed celebrities who dress up their ugly ass dogs in outfits and show them off as little toys.

Anyways, Dodge responded by not taking the ad off, but instead just editing the monkey out. This time you just see an invisible suit walking out and Michael C. Hall says “Look, and invisible monkey” It is a giant finger to PETA. PETA needs to focus their attention on more severe matters in my opinion.
