The two One Tree Hill stars were spotted this past Friday in Raleigh, at the Black Eyed Peas concert. The two have not came out and said they were seeing eachother, but the looks have it they sure are. Lee Norris was also spotted in the crowd enjoying the concert. After the concert the stars were spotted at Tantra, a local bar, where the Black Eyed Peas and OTH peeps hung out at the VIP lounge.
